The Groen 009730 Thermostat K is a temperature-control part for jacketed kettles. It senses and regulates the operating temperature using an 8-inch-long sensing bulb connected by a 48-inch-long capillary tube to the equipment. The variation in the sensed temperature prompts the thermostat to activate its internal electrical contacts toggling the heating system on or off until the desired temperature range is achieved for the operation. It ensures optimal heat transfer to the steam jacket maintaining consistent cooking temperatures in the system.
