The Groen Z009730 Thermostat K is used to regulate the heat in jacketed kettles for commercial use. It works on the concept of sensing temperature with an 8-inch coiled bulb which is located at a distance connected to a 48-inch capillary tube so that the control can respond to changes inside the kettle. Cycling the heating system between the on and off states will achieve the selected operating temperature. Incorporated into the control assembly of the apparatus it will support precise temperature regulation and ensure effective heating control during cooking.
