The Groen GR12313 Jacketed Kettle Thermostat K is an efficient temperature control part designed for efficient operation in commercial kitchens. This works with all other parts of the control on kettles of the same type. Internal temperature is sensed by an 8-inch coiled bulb. The signal of any change in heat is then sent along a 48-inch capillary to the thermostat operation for proper action. It can work over a range from 100°F to 290°F whereby it will cut off the heating source automatically when it has attained the set level.
