The Hatco 02-17-004 Enclosed Coil Transformer is a voltage regulation part that is used to reduce electrical power to commercial foodservice equipment. This equipment transforms a primary supply of 208 or 240 volts into a secondary supply of 120 volts to supply the required power to control circuits, lights or motors. The unit is enclosed in a protective housing with four inbuilt mounting holes and is normally mounted in the electrical section of heated display cabinets or booster heaters. Its main task is to provide the voltage level to internal electronics.
