The Montague 03501-7 Oven Thermostat FDTH-1 regulates temperature by sensing thermal heat through its capillary tube, and adjusting the gas flow to maintain the selected setting. It responds to temperature changes within a 300°F to 650°F range cycling, the burner on and off to hold consistent cooking conditions. Designed with a 3/16" x 14-3/4" sensing bulb and a 48" capillary, this thermostat is installed inside compatible commercial oven cavities with the control knob mounted on the front panel for direct temperature adjustment and monitoring.
