The Comstock Castle COM17030 Thermostat FDTH-1 is used in regulating temperatures in cooking equipment with a scale of 300°F – 650°F. It comes complete with a 3/16” x 14-3/4” nickel-plated bulb and a 48” capillary tube. Compatible with Baker’s Pride models, it has dials for setting the temperature. Its purpose is to keep the temperature steady as the gas flow can be regulated by a bypass screw for the flame. This thermostat provides the right temperatures and is ideal for use in a challenging kitchen environment.
