The Prince Castle 105-45 Filter-Pump is created to circulate cooking oil in commercial fryer with a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute. With a 1/2" FPT connection and a small 4-3/4"-wide size it can be incorporated into the filtration units to eliminate food particles and increase the shelf life of oil.
