The Dean 8102393 Fryer Filter Pump is a replacement oil circulation part which is applied to the systems. Having a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute and a 1/2" FPT connection it can be used to pump oil through filters to remove debris and keep the equipment clean. Its width of 4-3/4" enables it to fit. This pump aids in sustaining the entire fryer system, making sure there is proper oil flow. It is also generally fitted in maintenance or repair to regain system efficiency to ensure the frying conditions are consistent within the system.
