The Frymaster FM5E5FF20CECF1 Fryer Filter Pump has been designed to circulate oil in commercial appliance systems. It can operate at 5 gallons per minute and has a 1/2" FPT connection and 4-3/4" width thus fitting in with any common fryer units. This pump will aid in circulating oil through filters to eliminate debris and provide cooking consistency. It is vital in maintaining the quality of oil and in the effective operation of the fryer. It is usually fitted when making repairs or during maintenance to ensure better system operation.
