The Dean 810-2393 Fryer Filter Pump is intended to be used on a commercial appliance system which offers oil circulation at 5 gallons per minute. It has a 1/2" FPT connection and is only 4-3/4" wide to fit into standard equipment. This pump transfers oil via filtration parts to eliminate impurities in the cooking operation. It is at the heart of ensuring the efficiency of the fryer and extending the life of oil. Typically fitted in service or repair it assists in the correct working of the system and used in the dependable operation.
