The Henny Penny 20.01.803P Combi Oven Door Gasket creates a flexible seal around the enclosed chamber perimeter in commercial food preparations. Its 26-3/4" dimension establishes the shorter length, with 30-1/2" forming the longer measurement across the surrounding boundary. The silicone structure allows compression against the adjacent frame without altering the molded contour. The shaped profile is placed within the retaining area and follows the opening during closure.
