The Rational L20.02.553P Combi Oven Sillicon Door Gasket seals the perimeter around a heated chamber opening. The 26-3/4" measurement establishes the shorter spacing, while 30-1/2" defines the longer coverage across the surrounding frame. A flexible molded profile compresses between the closing panel and mating surface, filling the gap along the enclosure's edge. The shaped material follows the opening contour and remains seated as the panel moves into position. Compression limits escape of heated air and moisture through the closed perimeter during cooking intervals.
