The Nemco 316TPT Blade Assembly works by rotating a series of sharp and evenly spaced blades which cut produce into uniform 3/16-inch pieces. When the food goes through the slicer, each blade cuts accurately, and they all work together to have the same thickness of the slices. This is attached to the slicer cutting mechanism and is placed between the drive system and the food carriage. It is the main cutting part, where products of that sort are sliced evenly without being out of place with the internal guides and supports of the slicer.
