The Nemco K128 Blade Assembly 3/16" involves a grid of sharp blades to force food through holes that are evenly spaced to create the same cuts with each press. The assembly arranges the blades in a predetermined arrangement such that items are divided as pressure is exerted on them at the top in the process of operation. It is fitted into compatible vegetable choppers and the blade grid is placed in place just below the pusher head. The assembly is designed to do repetitive food preparation jobs, such as slicing onions, peppers, and similar products that need to be cut.
