The Nemco 316-TPT Blade Assembly of the Tomato Slicer slices cuts through tomatoes as they go through the slicer by rotating sharp and evenly spaced blades. All the blades are coordinated to produce consistent and uniform slices of 3/16-inch with consistency. This is mounted on the slicing unit and it replaces or fixes the cutting blades in the slicer mechanism. It is the primary cutting element, allowing the slicer to cut tomatoes and other soft products and keep them in line with the rest of the internal guides and supports of the machine.
