The Nemco K124 Blade Assembly is a food cutter that slices food using a combination of sharp blades that are evenly spaced and rotate to slice food into 3/16 -inch slices as they go through the machine. These blades cut produce and other foods in an equal distance between each cut. This is fitted in the cutting mechanism of the slicer that is attached between the drive mechanism and the food carriage and substitutes or replenishes the cutting elements. It majorly touches the internal guides to remain straight in the cutting.
