The Middleby Marshall 37337 Oven Speed Control Board W/Remote Digital Display 5-3/8" x 5-1/2" is an appliance that is used to control the operation of the oven by regulating the speed of cooking with the help of the digital instructions. It transmits to the sensors and controls of the oven and translates the data on the remote display into the fine-tuning of heating cycles. It is easily fitted in the inside of the oven control compartment in the special slot and the display can be left outside to be monitored. This board can be used with existing wiring and mounting points and contains connectivity.
