The Middleby Marshall TA45133 Speed Control Board with Remote Digital Display has the ability to control the speed at which the oven cooks by sending signals to the heating elements and fan system, so that it can be used consistently. The digital display also gives continuous inputs on the speed settings, and it is easy to monitor and adjust. The unit is 5-3/8" X 5-1/2" and is designed to be installed in the control panel of the oven, where it fits in accurately and is compatible with the other components that are already present in the oven to install and connect them.
