The Hobart 414880-1 Thermostat senses temperature and switches the electrical circuit to control the heating process. It mounts in the temperature control assembly of commercial cooking equipment to sense heat and regulate the connected heating parts. The unit is equipped with a 5/16-inch to 8-1/16-inch sensing bulb to suit particular installation requirements. It has a 96-inch capillary to connect the sensing bulb to the control structure for applications intended for that length.
