The Wells 58968 Warmer Thermostat K works by regulating the heat levels, sensing temperature changes through its capillary tube, and then making adjustments in electrical flow until it maintains a level within the 100F to 450F range. The thermostat responds to changes within the unit and provides control conditions for warming foodservice equipment during operation. This component is placed inside compatible warmers and heated holding equipment where the 42-inch capillary assembly and 3/16-inch by 11-5/8-inch configuration connect to the temperature control system.
