The Star Mfg WS-58968 Thermostat K is designed to maintain optimal equipment temperature by detecting heat variations through its 3/16" x 11-5/8" sensing bulb and controlling electrical components within a temperature range of 100F to 450F. It has a 42-inch capillary tube to transfer feedback on temperature from the sensing bulb to the mechanism of the thermostat for long-heat equipment to retain selected temperature settings during the holding or warming of food. This thermostat finds application in commercial appliances, heated holding cabinets, and marinator units where management of heat has to be controlled.
