The Pitco 60141201 Fryer Hi-Limit Service Kit monitors oil temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset safety limit is reached to prevent excessive temperature conditions during system operation. The kit includes the hi-limit control and installation hardware required to restore the temperature safety circuit and reconnect the associated electrical parts. Installed within the fryer's heating control assembly, the hi-limit connects to the sensing probe and wiring to supervise operating temperature. It operates with the thermostat, burner controls, and electrical system to manage the fryer's temperature safety process.
