The Blodgett BL2358 Chrome Knob is a control part that fits compatible commercial cooking elements that have a 1/4-inch D-shaped stem. This chrome-finished knob is 3" in diameter and 1" in depth and it provides a user interface to choose the temperature settings or use it.
