The Blodgett BL7855 Chrome Knob is a replacement control part to fit compatible commercial cooking equipment that has a 1/4-inch D-shaped stem. This chrome-finished knob is 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep and attaches firmly to the control shaft of the appliance to enable the user to adjust the temperature or the settings of the operation manually. It is mounted on the front control panel and provides a tactile interface to the operator.
