The Garland GL1017508 Dial 2-1/2" DIA 300-650°F Temperature is controlled by heat variation by an internal sensing mechanism that causes the needle to move along a calibrated scale. The dial converts thermal input to a visual display within the specified range as the temperature changes to monitor the operation of the equipment. The dial is attached to the front control panel of compatible cooking equipment, where it can be viewed during use. Its size of 2-1/2 inches is suitable to fit in narrow control areas.
