This valve has a 120 VAC actuator as well as 3/4” FPT inlet and outlet and operates safely in the kitchen by closing the gas supply if there is a problem with the valve. It is versatile in that it works well with different fryers, easy to install, and can accommodate up to 300,000 BTU, which is suitable for high usage cooking. This valve is essential to control the fryer effectively and to cook food safely at the same time.
