The Pitco P8901-38 Thermostat Knob is a manual control to adjust the temperature of a compatible commercial fryer. It can be set to oil temperatures between 200°F-400°F with a 2-1/4" diameter. The knob is used to adjust the position of the thermostat control shaft to control the cycling of burners or heating elements when rotated. The role ensures that there is a constant oil temperature in the process of cooking. It is attached to the control panel of the fryer, and it is the vital system for heat adjustment.
