The Southbend SOU1182156 Thermostat Knob regulates the temperature by rotating to change the internal control setting in the given range. Rotation converts manual input to controlled heat output so that equipment can maintain the desired operating level. This is directly placed on the front control panel of compatible cooking equipment. It has a 2-1/4" diameter to hold firmly and to adjust easily. Temperature indicators from 200°F to 400°F assist in uniform adjustments. The design connects to the control stem to pass the motion seamlessly when in operation.
