The Pitco PTPP10539 Thermostat Knob is a front panel control part that fits a commercial fryer. It allows the user to manually adjust the oil temperature of the fryer between 200°F-400°F by changing the shaft of the internal thermostat control. When turned, the knob will set the temperature at which the heating elements or gas burners in the fryer will turn on and off, which will keep the cooking conditions consistent. It is installed on the control interface of the fryer and is used as the main user adjustment of temperature control.
