The Rankin Delux RANRDHP-E-C11 2-1/8" Burner Air Shutter w/Screw and Washer is an element of a burner assembly which mixes the incoming gas with adjustable airflow by keeping the air shutter to move along the shaft and altering the proportion of air entering before combustion and attached to the burner tube assembly, the shutter position assists in the regulation of the airflow in such a way that the fuel-air mixture burns off through the ports. This is an air shutter burner that is fitted in the burner compartment of the cooking equipment.
