The Rankin Delux RDHP-E-C11 2-1/8" Burner Air Shutter with Screw and Washer combines incoming gases with adjustable airflow by letting the air shutter move on its shaft to change the amount of air entering the burner before combustion. The shutter position is in place and attached to the gas supply supports in regulating the flow of the gas so that the gas-air mixture escapes through the burner ports and burns. It is an assembly of an air shutter burner which is fitted in the burner compartment of compatible cooking equipment.
