The Cleveland 20552 Thermostatic Steam Trap is used in commercial convection steamers and steam-heated cooking equipment. The system works on its own to free up condensate and air and lock live air, which eventually leads to effective heat transfer in the whole system. This component is installed at the point where the stable operating condition is required in the steaming line with a 1/2" MPT threaded outlet to ensure uniform cooking efficiency. It can increase heating system efficiency, so it is commonly used in commercial kitchens, and institutional foodservice operations.
