Allowing condensate to escape and preventing steam loss it sustains optimal cooking temperatures that shorten cooking times and enhance efficiency. This steam trap is ideal for direct steam kettles and steamers and will work with your Kettle MFT6 and Vulcan Steamer SQ-36.
