The Vulcan Hart VH5300-40B Thermostat provides commercial fryers with precise temperature control that ranges from 200-400°F to deliver optimal cooking results. This thermostat operates in Fryer models 404A, 615FA and 630FA with its durable 3/8" x 5 5/8" nickel bulb and precise temperature sensing through its 24" capillary. The 3/8" MPT stuff box and Mount 11 configuration together with a star black printed dial 22-1339 provide both secure installation and easy temperature reading.
