The Hatco 02-01-011-00 3-Pole Contactor with a 30/40 ampere current limiting range and a 120 volt control coil, intended to be used in commercial foodservice equipment. This element is an electrically operated switch allowing low-voltage control circuits to switch higher current power to heating elements, motors, or other loads. It is usually mounted in cabinets, or other appliances in restaurant and institutional kitchens. The contactor in the electrical system is triggered by the signals of thermostats or control boards to open and close the circuits.
