The Hobart 19202 Thermostat monitors heat conditions and changes the heating circuit as the sensed temperature moves through its operating limits. Its internal mechanism responds to the bulb’s temperature, switching the circuit according to the selected setting. This assembly is installed in the designated control and sensing area of compatible commercial cooking equipment. The 3/16" X 12-1/4" bulb extends into the monitored space, while the 36" capillary connects the sensing section to the control frame. The adjustable range spans 175-500°F allowing the mechanism to respond at different temperature settings during cooking, heating and warming operations.
