The Market Forge 20-0106 Kettle Faucet regulates the flow of hot water or liquid component by opening and closing an internal valve upon the use of the handle. The mechanism enables the liquid to flow out in a controlled stream during the draining or dispensing. This part is fitted at the outlet of a commercial kettle usually on the front or lower discharge point. It is compatible with commercial foodservice kettles and assists in the routine cooking and transfer operations. The faucet has a metal body a manually operated handle and threaded connections to fit in with existing assemblies.
