The Legion 440235-01 Kettle Faucet is a water control that has an internal valve that is opened and closed by turning the handle. It is linked to the plumbing to inject hot water into the outlet spout when filling or draining. This element is fitted on the body of the kettle at the faucet port where the operator is supposed to reach. It is built to fit into the commercial kettle fittings to allow controlled release of liquids during cooking and cleaning processes. The faucet layout is manual and compatible with the existing kettle assemblies in the foodservice setting.
