The Cleveland SE50007 Kettle Faucet is regulated by a manual type of valve system, which opens and closes when the handle is used to allow water to flow through the spout. Internal seals are used to control the flow of water. This tap is attached to the kettle body close to the rim. It is also intended to be used in commercial kettle applications, with a fixed spout to direct the water flow, a heavy handle to be operated manually and connections to be used in foodservice setups with compatible kettle systems.
