The Market Forge S20-0106 Kettle Faucet is a manually operated valve that opens and closes to control the flow of liquid. The handle is turned to make the internal stem and seal open to permit contents to be passed through the spout or prevent the stream. It fits the kettle draw-off opening of the front or side. It has a handle, valve body, and spout that can be opened and closed during the cooking and transfer process. Its layout allows it to have controlled dispensing, when components are added to receiving vessels in the commercial kitchen operations.
