The Cleveland KE50973 Kettle Faucet is a water flow control that uses a valve mechanism to open and close when the handle is actuated. The internal parts control the on/off operation and flow control with the change of the handle position. It fits on the water inlet of the kettle on compatible commercial kettles. The faucet was intended to be used in foodservice settings and is intended to fit into existing plumbing. The assembly assists in regular kettle filling and dispensing water during preparation and cleaning processes.
