The Hobart 410841-00028 Safety Valve manages the supply of natural gas by responding to electrical signals from the appliance control system during the heating cycle. It opens to permit gas flow when operating conditions are met and closes automatically whenever the control circuit interrupts the supply. This valve, featuring a 1/2-inch FPT connection, 3.5-inch WC pressure rating, and 24 VAC/12 VDC electrical operation, is installed inside compatible commercial gas cooking equipment as part of the gas control assembly between the incoming gas line and the burner components.
