The Pitco PP10770 Natural Gas Valve controls the amount of gas that passes to the burner system of commercial fryers. It is controlled by a 24 VDC voltage and opens and closes based on the signal of the fryer control module, or thermostat to ensure that the heat levels are maintained at an accurate level throughout the cooking process. This 1/2-inch valve is designed to operate in natural gas systems, and offers a secure leak free operation and is able to deliver fuel properly to ensure efficient combustion.
