The Dean 812-0356 Gas Fryer Sight Glass Gasket is an insert between the sight glass and the body that forms a seal that prevents leakage and still allows one to see the level of oil. It is fitted by fitting the gasket to the sight glass and clamping it to the current hardware. It is designed to fit closely around the sight glass and provides a proper connection without disrupting the normal operation and preserving the integrity of the oil containment system of the fryer.
