The Frymaster FM812-0356 Sight Glass Gasket is meant to form a safe cover around the sight glass of commercial fryers. It is tightly placed in the specially designed hole and it does not leak any oil and the level of oil can be easily seen. This gasket is fitted straight around the sight glass and fits perfectly with the existing parts of the fryer. Fabricated to fit precisely it makes the sight glass fit well in the fryer assembly. It is simply placed without the need for extra tools or making any changes that would affect the fryer.
