The Frymaster FM8120356 Sight Glass Gasket provides a safe seal to the sight glass so that the level of oil can be checked without spillage. It is firmly fixed between the glass and the body of the fryer so that it is in contact with the body and aligned. This gasket is intended to be installed directly on the viewing window of the appliance and it sits in the area where the glass and the metal frame come together ensuring that they do not touch each other but hold the sight glass in place.
