The Frymaster 8120356 Fryer Insulation Gasket Sight Glass is used to cover and seal the sight glass of the appliance to provide thermal integrity and still allow the oil level to be observed. It works by being snugly fitted between the glass and the fryer body so that it does not lose heat, and internal parts are not exposed to the external conditions. The gasket is placed around the sight glass in the front or control section of the appliance and it fits securely and firmly, maintaining a constant temperature of oil.
