The Frymaster FM826-2013 Thermostat TC125 Cap 36" 200-400 F detects temperature based on a capillary bulb detecting heat and opening or closing the internal switch when the conditions reach the set points. The thermostat adjusts the circuit up or down to regulate heating based on system design as the sensed temperature changes up or down within the range. It is put in the heating chamber or close to the heat source of the compatible fryers. This thermostat is designed to be replaced when the original does not react to the changes in temperature during normal operation.
