The Winston Products PS-2257 Toggle Switch DPST is an electrical switch used to switch power to compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It has a 1/2" mounting configuration that can be installed by the control panel and attached to the internal wiring system. This switch makes and breaks two circuits at the same time enabling controlled operation of heating elements, motors or other powered components. It is an element of the electrical control assembly of the appliance, which provides manual on/off control in warming cabinets, holding units and other kitchen equipment.
