The Pitco PTP5047541 Coaxial Thermopile is a high performance component that improves commercial fryer operation. This coaxial thermopile measures 36 inches in length and operates over a 250 to 750 millivolt range with reliability and efficiency for a variety of frying applications. However, its 3/8"-32 threads make it compatible with many fryer models, just as well as Robertshaw and Vulcan. For this thermopile, thermal energy from the fryer’s burner is converted into the electrical energy needed to keep the fryer at safe and stable operating temperatures.
